Salary Range: $63,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Norton Shores seeking Demand Planners who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to gather market intelligence.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain to optimize stock.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks impacting demand fulfillment.
• Utilize demand planning software and tools to generate and refine forecasts.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to present demand plans and align with stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to align on forecasts.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with SAP IBP or O9 Solutions
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis
• Project management experience, particularly with supply chain improvement initiatives
