Salary Range: $45,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment.
• Set up EDM machines according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
• Monitor EDM processes to ensure quality and adherence to tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on EDM machinery.
• Interpret technical drawings and G-code for EDM programming.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document operational procedures and maintain detailed production records.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years experience operating EDM machinery in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles
• Ability to perform in-process quality checks and utilize precision measuring tools
• Experience with machine setup, tool changes, and basic preventative maintenance
