Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and develops new products and product enhancements.
• Creates detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Collaborates with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are producible and cost-effective.
• Conducts design reviews and implements feedback for continuous improvement.
• Performs stress analysis and simulations to validate design integrity.
• Investigates and resolves design-related production issues.
• Selects and specifies appropriate materials and components for designs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product design within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and PLM systems.
• Demonstrated experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
• Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, machining).
