Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and develops new products and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and requirements.
• Performs engineering calculations and simulations to validate designs.

• Conducts design reviews and implements feedback for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoots and resolves design-related issues during production.

• Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD) to validate designs.
• Familiarity with various manufacturing processes beyond core expertise (e.g., injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, additive manufacturing).
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to production.
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
