Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather demand intelligence.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Identify and mitigate potential demand risks and opportunities.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to present demand plans and align with supply capabilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
