Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Hart seeking Facilities Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Manage facility-related projects, including new construction, renovations, and equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and building regulations.
• Optimize utility consumption and implement energy efficiency initiatives.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers for facility-related services.
• Develop and manage the facilities operating budget.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and facilities staff.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-craft maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Experience in capital project planning and execution for facility upgrades or expansions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or similar professional certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Proven ability to manage and optimize utility consumption
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and energy efficiency initiatives
