Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in production machinery.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent, accurately.
• Provide technical training and support to operators on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing field service tasks.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to customer sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software for interpreting schematics.
• Certifications in specific manufacturing equipment (e.g., robotics, PLCs).
• Ability to speak a second language relevant to the customer base or equipment origin.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
