Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.
• Supervise and train facilities staff, fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and capital projects.
• Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., FMP, CFM) is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS implementation and optimization.
• LEED certification or experience with sustainable building practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for space planning.
• OSHA 30-hour certification for general industry.
