Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in production environments.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and calibration to optimize machine performance.
• Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent, accurately.
• Provide technical training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during field service operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve recurring product issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs or other automation systems.
• Certifications in specialized equipment (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics).
• Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and documentation.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role or providing technical training.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
