Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis for production costs.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making in manufacturing operations.
• Analyze capital expenditure requests and track project performance against budget.
• Prepare detailed financial reports on plant performance, including profitability and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing divisions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
