Salary Range: $64,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze production costs, inventory levels, and operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests, performing ROI and payback period analysis.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve financial performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing productivity and profitability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and their application in manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of supply chain finance or inventory management
• Certification like CMA or CFA (Level 1 or higher)
