Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all finishing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of finishing technicians.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures for finished products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and processing issues.
• Monitor inventory levels of finishing materials and initiate requisitions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the finishing department.
