Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in DeWitt that are seeking Financial Analysts. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for production costs.
• Analyze manufacturing performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making in production.
• Prepare detailed financial reports on inventory, production costs, and capital expenditures.
• Support cost accounting activities, including standard cost development and analysis.
• Evaluate capital investment proposals for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with operations to understand cost drivers and optimize efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods.
