Salary Range: $80,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IATF 16949 compliant quality management system processes.
• Lead and participate in internal and external IATF 16949 audits.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances, utilizing problem-solving methodologies like 8D.
• Conduct supplier quality assessments and manage supplier performance to IATF standards.
• Facilitate APQP activities, including PPAP submissions and FMEAs, for new product introductions.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and mentorship on IATF 16949 requirements and quality tools to manufacturing teams.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSRs) related to quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in IATF 16949 standards and their practical application.
• Strong knowledge of core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 is highly preferred.
