Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Ludington seeking Industrial Electricians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in manufacturing machinery and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using schematics, multimeters, and other testing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
• Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to complete tasks accurately.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and production teams to resolve equipment issues efficiently.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Demonstrated experience with PLC troubleshooting and repair (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, motors, and drives.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance on electrical systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic systems and their associated electrical controls.
• Certification in thermography or other predictive maintenance technologies.
• Proficiency in programming PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI systems.
• Familiarity with vision systems and their integration into manufacturing processes.
• Arc Flash safety training and experience implementing lockout/tagout procedures.
