Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Charlotte that are seeking Industrial Electricians. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and machinery.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA).
• Calibrate and adjust electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electrical Technology or related field, or completion of a certified apprenticeship program.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and HMI interfaces.
• Strong understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety regulations.
• Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and servo systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic systems and their associated electrical controls.
• Proficiency in programming PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell Automation) and HMI interfaces.
• Familiarity with vision systems and their integration into manufacturing processes.
• Certification in thermography or other predictive maintenance technologies.
• Knowledge of network protocols and industrial communication systems (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
