Salary Range: $48,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Norton Shores that are seeking skilled Inside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within assigned territories or product lines.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver accurate price quotes and proposals to customers.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM system.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an inside sales role.
• Experience selling manufactured products or solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and articulate value propositions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and their integration with sales processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology (e.g., lean manufacturing, supply chain).
