Salary Range: $50,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in Delta Township seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to present product solutions.
- Collaborate with outside sales to transition qualified opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for revenue and lead conversion.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the the sales cycle.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
