Inspection Technician | Walker, MI

Salary Range: $47,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to verify product specifications.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct first-article inspections and provide feedback.
• Adhere to quality control standards and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related manufacturing role
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Familiarity with various measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and techniques
• Ability to perform visual inspections for defects and inconsistencies
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
