Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and tests PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
- Troubleshoots and debugs existing PLC programs and control systems.
- Implements and optimizes HMI applications for machine control and data visualization.
- Collaborates with engineers and production staff to define system requirements and specifications.
- Develops and maintains detailed documentation for PLC programs and system configurations.
- Provides technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams.
- Stays current with new PLC technologies, software, and industry best practices.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi).
- Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programming languages.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, HMI development, and SCADA applications.
- Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
