Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and operating procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product introductions and process transfers.
- Monitor process performance using statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools.
- Provide technical support and training to production personnel on new and existing processes.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using tools like Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
- Experience with Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher)
- Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
- Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
- Project management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing)
