Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing press machines according to production schedules.
• Perform setup and changeover procedures for various press operations, including tooling adjustments.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and make necessary adjustments to ensure product specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or escalate complex problems to maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Accurately complete production documentation, including run logs and quality control records.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses.
• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Ability to perform minor machine maintenance and adjustments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance on presses
• Forklift certification or experience
• Proficiency in using a micrometer and caliper
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface
