Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing press machines according to production schedules.
• Perform setup and changeover procedures for various production runs, adjusting parameters as needed.
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products, identifying and resolving defects.
• Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to machinery to ensure continuous operation.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products from the press.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience operating printing presses (e.g., flexographic, offset, digital).
• Proven ability to set up and adjust press equipment for various print jobs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and quality control documents.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and machine interface.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of printing materials (e.g., paper, plastic, metal).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Forklift certification or experience operating similar heavy machinery.
