Salary Range: $109,000 - $158,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and line workers.
• Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing quality.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP or Oracle.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
• Experience with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts.
