Salary Range: $66,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Grand Haven that are seeking PLC Programmers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs and control systems.
- Configure and integrate HMI applications for operator interface and control.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and upgrades on control systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize machine performance.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs and system configurations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram programming languages.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot industrial control systems.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).
