Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Muskegon that are seeking Master Schedulers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) for all products.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align MPS with forecasts and capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust the MPS to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and material shortages to ensure on-time delivery.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate and analyze production plans and schedules.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings to review performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Implement and maintain scheduling best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for scheduling and capacity planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity constraints.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
