Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Zeeland that are seeking Mechanics. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery for optimal performance.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC-controlled machinery
• Knowledge of robotic systems, especially for material handling or assembly
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application to maintenance
• Certification in a specialized skill, such as welding, hydraulics, or electrical systems beyond basic requirements
