Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Grandville seeking Mechanics who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Repair or replace defective parts and components.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and services.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all tasks.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in an industrial environment.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software.
