Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).

• Design, implement, and optimize production layouts, workflows, and standard work procedures.
