Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material acquisition to finished product delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels and warehouse operations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Manage transportation logistics, including carrier selection, route optimization, and freight negotiation.
• Implement and maintain robust logistics software and systems for tracking and reporting.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve on-time delivery performance and reduce lead times.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
