Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Coopersville that are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct facility maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing and electrical work.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V
• Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical repairs on production equipment
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
• Certification in a specialized skill (e.g., welding, HVAC, hydraulics)
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S methodology
