Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across DeWitt seeking Maintenance Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct facility maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
• Strong understanding of PLC's, motor controls, and HMI's
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software for work order management and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Certification in a skilled trade (e.g., electrical, HVAC, welding).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
