Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Charlotte seeking Maintenance Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs.
• Oversee the procurement and inventory of spare parts, ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for all maintenance activities.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, asset history, and performance metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
• Strong understanding of CMMS software and its application in manufacturing maintenance
• Demonstrated experience with preventative maintenance programs and continuous improvement methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP or other relevant maintenance certification
• Experience with CMMS implementation or optimization
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
