Manufacturing Engineer | Wyoming, MI
Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Manufacturing Engineers. Key Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and optimizes manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Implements and maintains manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
- Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for production issues.
- Develops and maintains process documentation, including work instructions and control plans.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supports the evaluation and selection of new manufacturing technologies and materials.
- Ensures compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all manufacturing operations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, with demonstrated experience in applying these principles.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, automation, and quality control.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design, analysis, and tooling development.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or other CAD software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Project management experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
