Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Wyoming that are seeking skilled IT Managers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure and systems across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support manufacturing efficiency and growth.
• Ensure the security and integrity of manufacturing data and systems.
• Manage IT projects, including the implementation of new technologies and upgrades.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address IT needs specific to production.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement for manufacturing hardware and software.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their implementation/management in a manufacturing context.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to align IT strategies with operational goals.
• Demonstrated experience in network infrastructure management, cybersecurity protocols, and data management relevant to industrial control systems (ICS) or operational technology (OT).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) implementations or support.
• Familiarity with ISA-95 or other industrial control system standards.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices in an OT (Operational Technology) environment.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant project management or service management frameworks.
