Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains server infrastructure (Windows/Linux) and virtual environments (VMware).
• Administers and troubleshoots network connectivity, including LAN, WLAN, and VPN for factory operations.
• Implements and monitors cybersecurity measures to protect manufacturing data and operational technology (OT).
• Provides technical support and problem resolution for end-users and critical production systems.
• Manages and maintains data backup and recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Oversees software deployment, patching, and updates for enterprise applications and factory floor systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing and maintaining IT infrastructure in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience with server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls) and experience with network device configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments, including PLCs, SCADA, and HMI systems.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage cybersecurity best practices in an operational setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA or MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP/IP, OPC UA).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in an OT environment.
• Experience with virtualization in a production environment.
• Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation of routine tasks.
