Salary Range: $132,000 - $183,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Hart seeking General Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and production schedules.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of department managers and production staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing principles.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record in P&L management and financial acumen
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve operational excellence

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or other quality management systems.
• Demonstrated success in implementing new technologies or processes.
