Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for production and skilled trades positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Administers employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and leave management, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.
• Conducts new hire orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new manufacturing employees.
• Provides HR support and guidance to employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
• Assists with HR data management and reporting, maintaining accurate employee records and generating reports as needed.
• Supports HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management cycles, training programs, and policy updates.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations within the manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
• Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization
• Demonstrated ability to analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
