Salary Range: $56,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations and administrative support for manufacturing facility.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, liaising with external vendors.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and record-keeping for manufacturing staff.
  • Manage internal communications and information flow within the office and to the plant floor.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for manufacturing leadership.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices (e.g., processing invoices, expense reports)
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)
