Salary Range: $51,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, acting as liaison with vendors and contractors.
- Procure office supplies, equipment, and services, managing inventory and budget.
- Develop and implement office procedures and policies to improve workflow.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, record-keeping, and employee relations.

Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an office management or similar administrative role.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and manufacturing-specific software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
