Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Develop, implement, and sustain a continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Train, mentor, and coach employees on continuous improvement principles and tools.
  • Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and measure project impact.
  • Drive the standardization of processes and best practices to sustain gains and prevent backsliding.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent proven expertise in CI methodologies
  • 5+ years of hands-on continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex improvement projects with measurable results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proven experience in change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 principles.
  • Master Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced Lean practitioner certification.
  • Experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives within a supply chain or logistics context.
