Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Process weekly or bi-weekly payroll, including tax filings and benefit deductions.
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
  • Oversee general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing vendors, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Provide HR administrative support, including new employee onboarding and record keeping.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial and operational documents.
  • Support management with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and general office administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with vendors, staff, and management.
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles or manufacturing-specific ERP systems.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., NetSuite, SAP Business One).
  • Familiarity with basic HR support functions, such as onboarding or benefits administration.
  • Understanding of inventory management principles or job costing in a manufacturing setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data analysis.
