Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of manufacturing associates.
• Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for manufactured products.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with management on process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• - Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• - Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• - Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to address operational issues promptly.
• - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of relaying information clearly to team members and management.
• - Ability to read and interpret production schedules, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Proficiency in a specific manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA).
• - First Aid/CPR certification.
• - Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language.
