Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the end-to-end flow of materials and information from raw material receipt to finished goods shipment.
• Identify and eliminate waste (muda) and non-value-adding activities within the value stream through Lean principles.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve lead times, throughput, and overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, supply chain) to ensure seamless value stream execution.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop the value stream team, fostering a culture of accountability and problem-solving.
• Implement and maintain visual management tools and systems to enhance transparency and control.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and ensure adherence to budget within the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of value stream mapping, bottleneck analysis, and process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, SMED)
• - Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification)
• - Demonstrated ability to implement and manage change initiatives
• - Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics
• - Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT)
