Salary Range: $106,000 - $154,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end flow of materials and information from raw material receipt to finished goods shipment.
• Identify and eliminate waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies within the value stream using Lean manufacturing principles.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead time, inventory turns, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, supply chain) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels throughout the value stream to balance customer service and working capital.
• Establish and monitor standard work processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and mentor value stream team members, fostering a culture of problem-solving and accountability.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience with value stream mapping and process optimization tools.

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, automation, IoT)
• - Proven track record in supply chain optimization and logistics management
