Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex Six Sigma projects from initiation to completion to reduce defects and improve process efficiency.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and Yellow Belts in the application of Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify root causes of quality issues and process variations.
• Develop and implement solutions to eliminate waste, reduce variability, and improve overall product quality.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve project objectives.
• Train manufacturing personnel on Six Sigma principles and best practices.
• Present project findings, recommendations, and results to senior management.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to sustain process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including Lean principles, production flow, and quality control methodologies.
• Expertise in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data-driven problem-solving techniques.
• Strong project management skills, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Ability to drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement within manufacturing operations.

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies
