Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient workflow and production targets are met.
• Manage and mentor production staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to optimize production processes and introduce new products.
