Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure schedules are met.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators.
• Monitor production output, quality standards, and efficiency metrics.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning departments to optimize workflow.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, documenting performance and incidents.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a production team effectively to meet targets.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and production scheduling.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI) processes.
• Proven track record in mentoring or training production team members.
