Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and sustainment of Lean manufacturing tools and principles (e.g., 5S, SMED, Kanban, VSM).
  • Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) across all manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Facilitate and lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) events and projects to optimize production flow and quality.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard work procedures to ensure process consistency and repeatability.
  • Analyze production data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and track Lean progress.
  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to analyze current state processes and design future state improvements.
  • Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on Lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience applying Lean manufacturing principles in a production environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and Standard Work.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute continuous improvement projects from conception to completion.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
  • Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing
