Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products.
• Balance customer demand with production capacity, material availability, and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Procurement to ensure schedule feasibility and alignment.
• Monitor schedule adherence, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform capacity analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.
• Manage and communicate schedule changes, production delays, and potential impacts to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for scheduling processes and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for scheduling and material management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated understanding of demand forecasting, capacity planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance monitoring and insights.
• Familiarity with specialized Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) software beyond standard ERP MRP.
• Direct involvement in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
